We want you to be completely in love with your Serás purchase! And we understand that sometimes things just don´t work out. We’ll be happy to exchange any purchase for a different size. Your exchange order must be shipped and received at our store within 7 days of receiving your order (excluding international orders). Please be aware that the exact item you ordered may no longer be available, as all of our products are one of a kind. If your order comes after the 7 day time frame Serás reserves the right to refuse your return or exchange. We accept international exchanges, however shipping costs may apply. We are not responsible for any other fees related to exchange items or custom fees. Please contact us for more details on international exchanges. We don't accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

We take 2-3 business days to process each order. We are pleased to offer free shipping with USPS on all orders shipped within the United States. Once your order is processed and ready to ship, priority mail USPS may take between 1-2 business days.

Keep your leather shoes away from rain and humidity. If leather should get wet, dab with a soft neutral cloth to absorb the moisture. When not in use, we recommend storing your product in a cool, dry place.

Our products are handmade in Argentina but shipped in the US.
